The rule of 3rds
Imaginary lines are drawn dividing the image into thirds both horizontally and vertically. You place important elements of your composition where these lines intersect.
There are different factors that can be considered in the composition of a photograph.
Lines can be straight, horizontal, curved, vertical, S curved or zigzag. Lines show depth, scale and distance on the picture.

Colour might be used to get the attention to the subject or show different emotion on the picture.
